What is the secret behind China's economic development? The psychological view.

We in Bharat always used to condemn Chinese products. Why do we think like that ? That is a limiting belief. We all think about things in limited perception only. Let me enlighten.

When we received Indepedance in 1947, we were gifted the concept by leaders like Gandhiji,Panditji, Sardar Vallabbhaiji. They envisaged a great Bharat through Democracy. The principles of Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Writing & Freedom of Expression. The same concept was liked by the Pro Democracy faction in China. Mind you, China's population was higher than Bharat. The pro democracy faction wanted to install Democracy in China. They staged protests,movements between April 15 and June 4, 1989 and demonstatons were held in Tiananmen Square. After weeks of protests, the Chinese Govt declared a marital law on June 3 and deployed troops. Many protesters were killed.

Now, what I am going to share is a psychological view. Ever after that incident took place, every person in China took an oath that they ll not depend on anything or expect anything. Instead every Chinese believed that they ll individually have growth and contribute to country's economy through thier development. Every Chinese, whether in Rural or Urban, took thier own initiative in production and produced things from plastics, to electronics and brought growth to the Chinese economy. This is why China is now a leading economic giant and growing.

On the other hand, in the name of Democracy, in Bharat, we expect things to come our way. We crib about Govt.not providing this...society is not providing that, Parents are not providing that. We don't want to think otherwise. What we can do to contribute to ourself, to the society, to the state and the nation. Until, this mindset do not come in individuals, our demands ll never ending.

In fact, instead ot cribbing about banning Chinese items, we should indegeniously develop individually and contribute and prove China and the world what our country Bharat is capable of.

I am proud to say that I am contributing to the society, the state and the nation by providing coaching. By providing coaching to people whether a Parent, a Student, a Teacher, An Entrepreneur, An Employee, or any individual for that matter, I ll be able to bring growth mindset in them and contribute in increasing employment opportunities and bringing down suicides, crimes and other negativity in life.
