AI has been a great find in the modern tech world making it all convenient for people to get or make things at fingertips. Most of the manual jobs are now replaced by AI.

AI has definetly made the life easy. It has saved considerable amout of time and minimized the extent of human errors. To that extent even the Doctors in the hospitals are using AI for their diagnosis.

The IT Industry is booming. The export revenue of the government controlled IT parks alone have touched INR 20,000 Crores in 2023.

There is now a high demand for AI equipped ITcians. In the coming decade, 20 to 30 percent of the time that workers spend on the job could be transformed by automation technologies, leading to significant shifts in the skills required to be successful.

The shortage of qualified talent has been a persistent limiting factor in the growth of many high-tech fields, including AI, quantum technologies, space technologies, and electrification and renewables.

The talent crunch is particularly for trends such as cloud computing and industrializing machine learning, which are required across most industries.

With this high stakes of AI technology, where are we in terms of human advancement. We are ready to accept technological. However, there's hardly any change in human technology. We are still living the life carrying the old mentality of being in comfort zone.

People, especially children have so much addicted to gadgets and technology that they have lost the way of communication,the way of growth, it has become a DEPENDABLE and EXPECTATION world and we have lost SELF MECHANISM in us to handle any sitations in life. There's no vision for life. RELATIONSHIPS are at it's worst crisis. PERSONAL HEALTH  & surrounding environment is at it's worst state. 

Don't you think along with the techno change, we also need to upgrade ourself. It's not about upgrading technology but about upgrading our belief system, our SELF MECHANISM?
